Job Description: 

Position: Creative Designer

Wipro Band: B2

Voice/ Non-Voice: Predominantly non-voice; limited interaction for creative reviews and clarifications

Shift: Night shift (9.5 hours), primarily aligned to US business hours; specific shifts may vary by market and client requirements

Qualification: Graduate or diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Advertising, or related discipline

Experience: 24-60 months

Experience Breakup: 2-5 years in Digital Design, Advertising Creative, Campaign Creative, Production Design, Graphic Design, or Creative Production; portfolio required

 

Essential Hiring Skills:

 
  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; digital advertising assets; display, social, web and campaign creative; typography; layout; hierarchy; color; composition; brand application; platform specifications; creative QA; version control



Good to have Hiring Skills:
 
  • Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, HTML5 banner tools, Canva; motion graphics; video editing; animation; DOOH; email design; landing-page and accessibility awareness
     
Trainable Skills:
  • Client brand standards, templates, creative platforms, workflows, naming and version-control standards, approval process and campaign specifications
 

Responsibilities:

  • Create, adapt, version and QA campaign assets across display, social, video, email, landing pages, websites, audio companion and DOOH formats; manage revisions, approvals, libraries and final handoffs; escalate brief or specification gaps

                                            

Languages: English (Read/Write/Speak)

 

Nationality: Indian

 

Job Location: Chennai/Pune (Work from office)

 

Mandatory Skills: Business Analyst/ Data Analyst(Media) .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .
