Job Description

Experience: 5-6years

Joining location: Chennai

Role Summary

Provide the operational support for CyberArk PAM services, resolve escalations from L1, execute approved changes, support onboarding activities, and maintain evidence-ready service records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve CyberArk incidents and service requests escalated from L1.
  • Administer approved operational activities for Safes, accounts, platforms, CPM, PSM, and PVWA.
  • Troubleshoot authentication failures, password rotation issues, reconciliation failures, session launch problems, and access permission issues.
  • Support privileged account onboarding for Windows, UNIX/Linux, database, network, and application accounts using approved patterns.
  • Execute planned changes, smoke tests, post-deployment validation, and rollback checks.
  • Collect logs, document diagnostics, and contribute to root cause analysis and known error records.
  • Prepare ticket, log, configuration, and test evidence for audit and control requirements.
  • Escalate complex defects and recurring platform problems to CyberArk L3 or Engineering.

Mandatory Skills

  • Hands-on CyberArk PAM experience.
  • Working knowledge of CPM, PSM, PVWA, Safes, platforms, policies, and account discovery.
  • Windows and Linux administration fundamentals, Active Directory, LDAP, networking, and certificates.
  • ServiceNow, incident management, change management, and operational documentation.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting regulated, audit-sensitive, or financial services environments preferred.
  • Ability to participate in shift coverage, on-call support, and major incident response.
