Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance optimization, and large‑scale data transformations.
  • Proficiency in Python, particularly for implementing business logic and data processing services.
  • Experience working in AWS cloud environments and deploying applications using OpenShift or container platforms.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, with Oracle experience preferred in modernization or migration contexts.
  • Proven experience of acting as a technical lead or principal engineer, guiding teams through complex delivery.
  • Deep expertise in data modeling and database modernization, especially in Snowflake‑based architectures.
  • Strong understanding of cloud‑native application design and distributed systems.
  • Experience designing systems that meet regulatory, audit, and control expectations.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps pract
  • Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into clear technical solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills across engineering, risk, and business teams.
  • Comfortable working in modernization efforts where legacy constraints and future goals must be balanced.
