Developer Enterprise RPA - AI - L3

Job Description
Experienced UiPath RPA Developer responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise automation solutions. The role requires a strong software engineering mindset, adherence to coding standards, design principles, testing practices, and automation best practices.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation solutions following coding standards and best practices.
Prepare solution design documents and technical documentation.
Support UAT, deployments, hypercare activities, and L2 production support.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
Participate in code reviews, testing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, including TDD.
Qualifications
5-10 years of IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development.
Strong knowledge of UiPath frameworks, exception handling, logging, reusable components, and automation lifecycle management.
Demonstrated experience applying software engineering principles, coding guidelines, design patterns, and development best practices.
Proven experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), code reviews, quality assurance,and building maintainable production-grade solutions.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices, deployments
