Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

Candidate should have the experience of customer facing role and must have vast experience in Solution Design, Implementation and Architecture expert for, SCCM, Intune and Windows 10 and 11 and Mobile device management
Primary Knowledge: -
- Windows 11 Modern Management cloud native with Intune, Autopilot & Entra ID
- Hands-on experience in setting up Intune Polices for Mobile Devices / Workstations (MDM / MAM)
- Strong know-how on Intune Device Compliance Polcies & Device Management Policies
- Digital Workplace with Co-management & On-prem MECM and Active Directory
- MDT and SCCM Infrastructure operations know-how
- Creating and Designing new Windows 11 Image design on MDT/SCCM
- Cloud Infrastructure (Intune, Entra ID) analysis and Implementation
- Intune Policy Implementation and migration from GPO to Intune policies.
- Co-management MECM and Intune with Entra ID
- Creation of HLD, LLD, KB, SOP, SMTD, Test cases etc
- Support & Troubleshoot of Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) of iOS, Android mobiles and Auto pilot for Windows, Applications distribution
- Support the Service & Product Manager across several technical domains within Intune & MECM
- Contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services for Intune & MECM
- Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
- Strong understanding of performance analysis for Applications packaging process
- Experience in Testing and implementing Application Packages using Intune
- Experience in creating workflows within Intune for deployment across Groups. Departments etc.
- Establish and implement policies, procedures, and technologies in Intune & MECM
- Familiarity with support processes, including Incident, Problem, Request, Event, and Change Management.
Secondary Knowledge: -
- Windows Image Design, Implementation and Migration. Desktop Engg, OSD, GPO and AD
- End User Computing – Microsoft technologies. End user experience monitoring
- Responsible for Windows 11 Operations, Service Delivery, Digital Workplace and Modern management
- Windows Evergreening
- Hands-on experience in Creation of MSI, MSIX, Intunewin packages using Flexera Admin Studio/ Install-shield, Microsoft Tools like Win32 Content Prep & MSIX Packaging tool
- Experience in creating Connection groups and Runvirtual keys
