Job Description: 

Fullstack Lead

Full-Stack Developer (React + Python)- 6+yrs-12yrs
 

Builds the web experiences for workflow visualization, human-in-the-loop approvals, dashboards, governance, and administration.
 

Responsibilities
 

Design and build web UIs for workflow visualization, HITL approvals, and live dashboards.

Develop governance, administration, and configuration interfaces.

Implement multi-tenant, role-based, and access-controlled front-end experiences.

Build responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces integrated with backend APIs.

Collaborate with backend and platform teams on API contracts and data flows.

Ensure UI observability, usability, and quality.
 
 

Mandatory Tech Stack
 

Frontend: React, TypeScript, modern CSS / component libraries

Backend-for-Frontend:  Python API services

APIs: REST / GraphQL, WebSocket / SSE for real-time data

Auth & Multi-tenancy: RBAC, OAuth / OIDC, tenant isolation

Quality: Responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization

Stakeholder Collaboration-Collaborate with cross functional teams  to understand requirements, support development activities, check system compatibility, and ensure solutions meet expected standards.

 

Mandatory Skills: Enterprise Platform Engineering Backend .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .
