Job Description

Emphasizing the need for a senior candidate with experience in designing user entitlement models and IAM frameworks, with a focus on architecture and design rather than technical implementation, and flexibility regarding work location and hours.

Role Overview and Responsibilities:

Central to redesigning the user entitlement model at Insight Investments, requiring expertise in role-based and attribute-based access controls, and the ability to review, design, and implement a new framework in collaboration with business stakeholders and the cyber team.

Need for a senior resource with prior experience in designing IAM frameworks from scratch, capable of evaluating pros and cons, and applying best practices and standards, with less emphasis on hands-on technical implementation.

Working Hours Expectation: Role requires working UK hours, specifically from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM India time.

Focus is on design and architecture, not on technical implementation,

Need for an advisory-level IAM architect with experience in frameworks rather than hands-on product expertise, and discussed the relevance of experience with products like Sale Point or Saviynt.

The requirement is for a senior IAM architect in an advisory or consulting capacity, rather than someone with hands-on expertise in SailPoint or similar products.
