Position Overview

As a Technical Lead specializing in M365 and Copilot Studio at Wipro Technologies, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of innovative intelligent agent solutions that leverage the latest advancements in Microsoft 365 and AI technologies. This role centers on driving business automation and innovation by integrating advanced Copilot capabilities and Power Platform tools to deliver scalable, efficient solutions that elevate organizational productivity.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of intelligent agents and custom business applications using M365 Copilot, Power Platform Copilot, and Copilot Studio, ensuring seamless integration and heightened automation across enterprise functions.
  • Leverage Power Automate workflows and an array of Microsoft 365 connectors to architect streamlined processes that minimize manual intervention and maximize operational efficiency at scale.
  • Collaborate intensively with cross-disciplinary teams including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate multifaceted business needs into robust technical architectures and delivery roadmaps.
  • Advocate and implement industry best practices for solution architecture, placing emphasis on security standards, scalability, maintainability, performance, and user-centric design.
  • Produce and maintain extensive technical documentation encompassing architecture diagrams, configuration details, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals to support knowledge sharing and enhance solution adoption.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and accountability to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Engage in ongoing research and evaluation of emerging Microsoft 365 AI services and Azure AI Foundry capabilities, pioneering their optimal adoption to maintain a competitive edge in digital transformation initiatives.

Required Technical Expertise

  • Proven mastery of the Microsoft Power Platform suite—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, coupled with AI model integrations—to craft comprehensive automation solutions.
  • Deep experience with Copilot Studio, proficient in developing intelligent agents featuring topic identification, generative AI capabilities, multi-agent orchestration, and customization through fine-tuning.
  • Hands-on skills working with Azure AI Foundry tools and services, such as Azure OpenAI Service (GPT-based models, embeddings), and text analytics, applied to real-world AI-driven application development.
  • Strong command of Azure ecosystem components including Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Logic Apps, complemented by programming expertise in Python, LangChain frameworks, OpenAI SDKs, and Azure Machine Learning.
  • Solid background in API design, integration patterns, and architecture to ensure reliable connectivity and interoperability across various enterprise systems.
