Job Description & Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Lead at Wipro Technologies specializing in M365 and Copilot Studio, you will take the helm in designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI-driven agent solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Leveraging your expertise in Power Platform and Azure AI Foundry, you will deliver scalable, secure, and efficient workflows that transform business processes and elevate client experiences.

  • Lead the end-to-end development of intelligent agents and automation solutions using M365 Copilot, Power Platform Copilot, and Copilot Studio, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Architect and implement seamless integrations employing connectors and Power Automate to optimize cross-application workflows and drive operational excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design comprehensive solutions, and deliver compelling technical guidance.
  • Implement and enforce best practices in solution architecture encompassing security protocols, scalability factors, performance optimization, and compliance standards.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, system configuration manuals, user guides, and maintenance procedures to foster team knowledge and client transparency.
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, fostering technical growth and encouraging knowledge sharing within the team environment.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of emerging innovations in Microsoft 365 technologies, Azure AI Foundry, GPT models, and related AI services, proactively recommending adoption of cutting-edge tools to enhance our technology stack.
