• Establish a collaborative interface with client engagement partners to gain comprehensive understanding of RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFI (Request for Information) specifications and objectives.
• Develop detailed scope documents capturing both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring all explicit and implicit customer needs are identified and documented.
• Create detailed workflow diagrams and system capability analyses to accurately reflect customer processes, preparing precise specifications through thorough research and requirement analysis.
• Coordinate consistently with internal teams including project managers, pre-sales consultants, technical leads, and architects to formulate well-informed, timely responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Analyze the financial and operational implications of proposed changes and communicate these effectively to both delivery teams and customers.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to clarify requirements, gather feedback on proposed solutions, and coordinate adjustments to design based on evolving customer input.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations of proposed solutions or prototypes, empowering customers to understand and engage with the offerings.
• Maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships aimed at optimizing business integration, fostering lead generation, and enhancing client satisfaction.
• Establish continuous feedback loops with customers to monitor solution effectiveness and identify opportunities to enhance value through products and services.

• Relay detailed customer feedback and inputs regarding proposed solutions to refine and improve outcomes.
• Review and validate test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of all customer requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis to evaluate proposed solutions, demos, or prototypes prior to customer presentation, ensuring solution robustness and appropriateness.
• Manage deployment and facilitate incorporation of new change requests to meet evolving customer requirements effectively.
• Support Quality Assurance teams through periodic testing, providing timely feedback to uphold solution quality and business alignment.
• Oversee integration testing and conduct user acceptance demonstrations to validate implemented solutions, striving for a 100% success rate in meeting acceptance criteria.
• Use data modeling and analytical techniques to identify improvement opportunities and implement solution enhancements.
• Ensure optimal system utilization and performance by thoroughly understanding business specifications and system capabilities.
• Synthesize and integrate all components of the RFP/RFI response to deliver a cohesive, client-ready solution.

• Collaborating with principal consultants to define and plan project milestones, phases, and critical deliverables.
• Challenging and refining delivery team assumptions to promote effective execution strategies.
• Ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted within agreed timelines to maximize customer satisfaction.

• Engage actively with fellow Business Analysts and domain experts to share knowledge, best practices, and insights, fostering an environment of continuous learning and expertise growth.
• Research, author, and disseminate whitepapers, research papers, and thought leadership articles to contribute to the broader consulting community and establish Wipro as a subject matter leader.
• Identify and document reusable use cases across different projects and accounts, promoting efficiency and innovation at the organizational level.
• Conduct ongoing market research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure that project outputs remain cutting-edge and aligned with customer expectations.
