Job Description

  • Single point of Contact for Grafana Dashboard Management & Integration ServicesDesign, develop, optimize, and maintain dashboards tailored to business and operational needs, including KPI discovery, UX‑optimized layouts, templated dashboards, variables, and cross‑team visibility.Resource familiar with Agile methodology, coordinating workload, gathering monitoring requirements, and delivering dashboards across Network, Voice, and Security domains (LAN Wired/Wireless, Firewall, VPN, DDI, Voice, etc.).
  • Expertise in developing Business–Service Mapping Dashboards with strong capabilities in providing real‑time service‑health visibility, customer‑journey insights, availability and capacity analytics, and SLA performance to enhance operational governance and performance management.
  • Hands-On in connect Grafana with diverse observability, ITSM, APM, and infrastructure tools like Prometheus, cloud-native monitors, relational DBs, API feeds.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced Network Monitoring, visibility, and observability solutions, leveraging tools such as Grafana, Splunk, and performance analytics frameworks.
  • Ability to develop and maintain custom integration using APIs and Scripts

Skill sets

Strong knowledge of API and Network Tools integration with knowledge of below technologies/products.

  • Aruba ClearPass, Central & UXI
  • Checkpoint, Palo Alto
  • Voice tools - Genesys
  • WAN Connectivity- Cisco and cloud providers
