Job Description

  • Ability to work with HP/Dell servers and its configuration
  • Strong understanding of virtualisation, cloud architecture, design, deployment, and operations management
  • Strong in RHEL Linux and  Open shift
  • Strong networking experience
  • Strong in Cloud Automation/Scripting, data backup and restore, version upgrade, VM’s live migration
  • Certified Redhat Opendhift Administrator - Desirable
  • Strong technical expertise on cloud services, protocols, configuration, management, and troubleshooting of hosting environments( including Web servers, databases, caching, and database services)
  • Should have sound knowledge on Git, DNS configurations, Network Monitoring systems, Single Sign on.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new services and features.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitasking, working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experienced in handling HP / Dell Servers and its ILO configuration, Raid configuration and Storage server configuration.
  • Experience with Kubernetes platforms (OpenShift or Open source k8s Cluster)
  • Experience in Architecting, Design, production deployment of in house cloud using ansible & administration of these cloud infrastructure
  • Experience in production Ceph Design, Deployment, operations, and Integration with cloud components(example NAS, SAN)
  • Experience in handling Load balancers and Firewall like F5, Fortinet…
  • Experience in developing automation scripts using phython, bash, and Ansible playbooks etc
  • Experience in handling Hypervisors KVM, Vmware, container and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in cloud software/hardware infrastructure upgrade, migration etc + Hotfixes, SysAdmin tasks, etc.
  • Support to customers for configuring the resources(VM's) with required security
  • Monitoring the deployed nodes & utilization reports with capacity planning
  • Cluster capacity management and provisioning through automation of underlying hosts
  • Works with OEM to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing
  • Experience with emerging technologies like Hybrid/Private cloud, Linux containers and SDN.
  • Maintain knowledge base for alert handling, and where possible integrate this directly into monitoring or ticketing tools/ assist in alerts fine tuning.
  • Perform Incident management, Problem management and capacity management tasks.
