POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Planning – Account Manager (Sales Enablement & Support Analyst) plays a critical role in supporting sales execution, inventory planning, and revenue integrity by maintaining accurate attendance, box office, inventory, and delivery data across internal systems. This role partners closely with Sales Planning, Inventory, Campaign Management, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure forecasts, pacing, posts, billing, and makegood processes are supported with timely and accurate data.
The successful candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple data sources and systems in a deadline-driven environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS͏

Box Office, Attendance & Release Calendar Management
- Update weekly box office results and adjust future attendance expectations using internal and external sources.
- Execute weekly attendance estimate updates using third-party data and internal methodology.
- Maintain and update the movie release calendar using internal and industry sources.
- Update executive-facing and sales planning reports with current attendance and box office estimates.
- Calculate and upload updated weekly theater attendance averages for all screens.
Campaign Posts, Pacing & Delivery Reporting
- Create and distribute standard post-campaign reports for qualifying deals.
- Produce customized pacing reports for active campaigns.
- Update sales-facing dashboards with delivery, pacing, and availability data.
- Analyze campaign delivery and identify potential makegood scenarios.
- Billing, Claims & Revenue Support
- Respond to billing-related inquiries intersecting posts and delivery data.
- Update internal systems to reflect claimed and partially claimed lines.
- Shift deals and line items to enable proper revenue recognition.
- Operational Tools, Reporting & Third-Party Support
- Maintain and refresh internal pacing models and Excel-based tools.
- Compile and distribute agreed-upon reporting for third-party partners.
- Support internal reporting related to inventory availability and delivery performance.
GOOD-TO-HAVE / ADVANCED RESPONSIBILITIES͏

Advanced Attendance & Inventory Analysis
- Provide strategic oversight of attendance estimation methodologies and executive-level reporting.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support Sales inquiries, including low-attendance showings and ticket price analysis.
- Support executive board-level reporting and advanced sales-facing analyses.
Month-End, SOX & Audit Support
- Support month-end revenue recognition, claims analysis, and SOX compliance checks.
- Prepare audit explanations and support SOX training and documentation.
- Conduct year-end makegood threshold analyses.
Systems, Enhancements & Special Projects
- Participate in software enhancements and system integration projects.
- Support AI, Operative, and inventory system improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to ad hoc strategic projects and sponsorship initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills; Power BI experience preferred.
- Ability to manage complex workflows and competing deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.
- Experience supporting sales planning, inventory, or revenue operations.
