POSITION SUMMARY͏
The Sales Operations & Account Support Executive supports Local Sales teams by managing CRM workflows, RFP intake, proposal and order processing, campaign delivery coordination, and day-to-day sales enablement activities. This role ensures operational excellence across the sales lifecycle—from lead intake and proposal development through campaign delivery support, billing coordination, and post-campaign reconciliation.
This position partners closely with Account Directors, Inside Sales, Planning, Inventory, Finance, and Campaign Management teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, service-focused, and comfortable supporting both enterprise-level sales motions and high-volume local and self-serve sales channels.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS͏

CRM, RFP Intake & Sales Workflow Management
- Input and maintain advertiser, brand, agency, and contact records in CRM to support RFP creation, Deal ID setup, and opportunity tracking.
- Create RFPs and RFP revisions in CRM based on direction from Sales Account Directors, Planning, and Inside Sales teams.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and compliance with required fields, SLAs, and response timelines.
Proposal, Order & Sales Materials Support
- Process insertion orders (IOs) based on direction from Account Directors and Inside Sales.
- Compile, edit, and customize sales presentations and proposals using Zoomifier and Excel templates.
- Prepare post-campaign presentations using inventory reporting and Account Director guidance.
- Support APEX and non-APEX agency proposal workflows using standardized templates.
Campaign Delivery & Revenue Support
- Partner with Inventory, Posting, and Campaign teams to track campaign delivery and pacing.
- Reconcile discrepancies across planned, delivered, and invoiced impressions.
- Communicate delivery updates and final delivery status to agencies and clients as directed by Sales.
- Follow up on invoice payment status and assist with billing-related inquiries.
Local Sales, Inside Sales & Self-Serve Support
- Manage advertiser-facing chat and email inquiries within defined SLA parameters.
- Provide product guidance, pricing clarification, and campaign support to local advertisers.
- Execute CRM re-engagement sequences to nurture stalled or inactive prospects.
