Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

We need Performance Testing candidates , with 7 + exp for Bangalore location. Immediate joiners preferred. Below is the JD.

Job description :

Hands on Load Runner

Good understand of web applications , API's , Databases .

Should have involved in NFR Gathering.

Should have experience in using performance monitor tools like Grafana or Dynatrace to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.

Should have hands on experience in preparing test plan and workload model design .

Define and implement end-to-end performance testing strategies covering load, stress, soak, spike tests, and endurance tests.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders and present findings effectively.

knowledge on writing SQL Queries .

knowledge on using KAFKA and Kibana tools .

Hands on working with preparing the performance test execution summary report.

Knowledge on Transformation and AI infusion
