Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to liaison and bridging the gap between customer and Wipro delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulating aptly to delivery teams thereby, ensuring right solutioning to the customer.

- 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Process Owner in Finance and Accounting, Insurance, HR or ITO services, CX and MDM.
 - Gathering requirements on RPA point of view and integration parameters
 - Candidate with experience in Lucid chart, Draw.io would be preferred
 - Any experience with Copilot would be an added advantage
 - Strong experience in Due diligence and PDD preparation is required
 - Should have experience in arriving at the ROI for potential RPA cases
 - Strong process minded thinking, problem solvers/ solution oriented
 - Experience in adapting to defined document templates and getting signoff from client on requirements.
 - Thinkers and analysers - with the ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business environments.
 - Engineering/RPA Background Required.
 - Map the as-is state of the processes and assess them for automation and process improvement.

- Expertise in process mapping and identifying opportunities for transformation.
 - Develop application-level understanding for the applications in scope for process automation.
 - Great verbal and written communication
 - Set, maintain and ensure adherence to automation good practices.
 - Liaise with IT and business leaders to ensure that the serviced, supported and secure technical environment scales are in line with business demand.
 - Lead various types of interviews, meetings or workshops with business unit subject matter experts to define and design process documentation.
 - Ensuring the business needs are understood and delivered against each step of the delivery cycle to ensure the proposed RPA solution meets the business customers’ need.
