Job Description
• Hands-on experience in the Success Factors implementation program- especially in Onboarding and Recruitment modules with 5 plus years of experience
• Proven experience in SuccessFactors Testing, ERP programs with complete test life cycle exposure -Design, review, and execute comprehensive test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on functional specification
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and SuccessFactors architecture.
• Experience in testing end to end Success Factors including Onboarding and Recruitment modules
• Strong experience in defect management and use of defect tracking tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps)
• Test Management, Track, Monitor & Report test metrics-Daily, Weekly & Monthly
• Good exposure in complete testing cycle including various phases ST, SIT, E2E, UAT support
• Communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of Automation used for ERP
