Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to execute the process and drive the performance of the team on the key metrices of the process.

| Sales Enablement & Revenue Support | |||||||
| • Enable Sales teams by ensuring RFPs, proposals, pricing inputs, and campaign plans are delivered accurately and on time | |||||||
| • Partner with Sales to identify friction points in the sales lifecycle and remove blockers | |||||||
| • Drive consistency in sales documentation, templates, and handoffs | |||||||
| • Ensure sales facing dashboards reflect accurate pipeline, delivery, and revenue data |

| • Strong people leadership with sales facing maturity | |||||||
| • Deep understanding of sales operations, planning, or revenue workflows | |||||||
| • Ability to connect operational performance to sales outcomes | |||||||
| • Strong stakeholder communication and escalation judgment | |||||||
| • High ownership mindset and escalation judgment | |||||||
| • Advanced Excel and reporting literacy (dashboards, trackers) |

| • Graduate / Post‑graduate preferred | |||||||
| • 2–4 years of experience as a Team Leader / Lead in operations, analytics, or enablement roles | |||||||
| • Strong stakeholder‑facing experience | |||||||
| • Exposure to SOX / audit environments is a strong plus |
