- Minimum of 7 years of experience in VMware infrastructure management, with at least 4 years focused on VMware vSAN and Azure VMware Solution (AVS).
- Expert knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, and AVS.
- Strong experience in system architecture design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting at an enterprise level.
- Proficiency in network and storage configurations for high-performance VMware environments.
- Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and VMware PowerCLI.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing complex IT projects.
- Effective communication skills, capable of explaining complex systems and technologies to a non-technical audience.
- Relevant VMware certifications such as VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV), VMware Certified Advanced Professional – Data Center Virtualization Design (VCAP-DCV Design), or VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) are highly desirable.
