Job Description: 

Position: Web Designer

Wipro Band: B2

Voice/ Non-Voice: Predominantly non-voice; limited interaction for requirement clarification, reviews and escalation

Shift: Night shift (9.5 hours), primarily aligned to US business hours; specific shifts may vary by market and client requirements

Qualification: Graduate or diploma in Web Design, Visual Communication, Computer Applications, Multimedia, UX/UI, or related discipline

Experience: 24-60 months

Experience Breakup: 2-5 years in Landing-Page Design, Website Design, CMS-based Web Production, Website Builder platforms, or Digital Experience; portfolio required

 

Essential Hiring Skills:

 
  • Duda, WordPress or comparable CMS/page builder; responsive websites and landing pages; UX/UI; HTML and CSS; forms and CTAs; QA across devices and browsers; basic SEO, accessibility and page performance; conversion tracking awareness



Good to have Hiring Skills:
 
  • Figma or Adobe XD; basic JavaScript; themes/templates; plugins; CRO and A/B testing; heatmaps; local SEO; Birdeye; CRM/form integrations; hosting, domains, DNS, SSL and backups
     
Trainable Skills:
  • Client CMS and website-builder platforms, templates, content and approval workflows, analytics and tracking standards, QA checklists and publishing procedures
 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, update and QA responsive landing pages and small marketing websites; configure forms, CTAs, redirects and tracking; apply brand, accessibility, SEO and conversion principles; troubleshoot publishing issues; maintain documentation and launch evidence

                                            

Languages: English (Read/Write/Speak)

Mandatory Skills: Business Analyst/ Data Analyst(Media) .
