Job Description
- 6+ years of experience in development/support of .NET web applications (ASP.NET, C#.NET, .NET Core, MVC, jQuery, JavaScript, etc.).
- 4+ years of team lead experience.
- 6+ years of experience with MS SQL.
- 4+ years of experience developing WCF/Web APIs.
- 4+ years of experience with ORM tools (Entity Framework) and LINQ.
- Strong technical/analytical skills for handling production issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
- 2+ years of Azure experience.
- 1+ years of DevOps experience.
- 1+ years working with Azure App Services, Logic Apps, App Insights, etc.
- 2+ years of experience handling production deployments and change management processes.
- Proven experience in initiating call bridges for high-priority issues and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Experience mentoring team members and creating SOPs and documentation.
- Proven ability to plan and lead KT sessions.
- Must be able to work night shifts.
- Availability for weekend or after-hours support as needed.
