Job Description

  • 5+ years of experience of working in IT Asset Management Lead role.
  • Ability to lead the team of 6-8 members of IT Service Center.
  • Education - Associate Degree
  • Working knowledge of Apple-MAC operating systems and devices installation
  • Working knowledge of Service Now ticketing system      
  • Knowledge of ITIL asset management process and EUS IT Hardware management process
  • knowledge of IMAC process
  • Knowledge of maintaining the IT store assets, stock up to date
  • Working knowledge of IT Depot model
  • Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Good problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it.
  • Ability to handle constantly changing flow of traffic; remain productive during slow times, be able to multitask effectively during busy times, exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations.
  • Take ownership and responsibility of an issues from start through to a successful resolution
  • Develop sound understanding of IT operations and related applications and IT systems as well as business related processes and procedures
  • Maintains and consistently demonstrates a general knowledge of company guidelines, processes, practices and procedures

Mandatory Skills: ITIL - IT Hardware Asset Management .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
