Job Description

Help reshape the economics of U.S. healthcare payers and build the next $1B+ growth engine for Wipro. Wipro Consulting is intensifying its focus on U.S. healthcare payers, responding to cost pressures, regulatory changes, and the rise of AI-first operating models. We seek a senior-level Partner with a blend of top-tier strategy and entrepreneurial drive. Reporting to the Americas Managing Partner for Healthcare, you will manage C-suite relationships at marquee accounts, originating boardroom advisory work that leads to large-scale technology and BPO programs.

Ambition – Expected Impact & Outcomes

  • Shape opportunities, design next-generation payer business models, and orchestrate multi-tower transformations to improve medical-loss ratios and patient outcomes.
  • Supported by 250,000 technologists and proprietary AI accelerators, you’ll launch signature IP (benchmarks, data assets, platform ventures) to elevate Wipro’s market voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate growth by identifying whitespace, crafting C-suite narratives, and closing $10M+ in advisory bookings annually, anchoring $100M+ technology/BPO follow-ons.
  • Advise C-suites as a trusted board voice on AI, value-based care, and cost transformation. Lead executive workshops that convert vision into funded initiatives.
  • Steer multi-tower programs (claims core, provider data, interoperability, GenAI UM), ensuring benefits realization, risk control, and CSAT > 4.8/5.
  • Create IP and ventures: incubate benchmarks, indices, data products; spin out solution ventures and NextGen fields-of-play with independent growth targets.
  • Amplify thought leadership: publish 3-4 provocative POVs per year, keynote major conferences, and secure analyst citations to elevate Wipro’s brand.
  • Attract and develop talent: recruit, mentor, and sponsor a diverse cadre of principals/directors; foster a psychologically safe, high-performance culture.
  • Forge ecosystem alliances: build strategic partnerships with health-tech disruptors, academic centers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Own the P&L: manage full consulting P&L for assigned accounts, drive forecast accuracy, manage margins, and reinvest in growth accelerators.
  • Govern consulting business: shape investment roadmaps, prioritize solution backlog, and propagate agile ways-of-working globally.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years in top-tier strategy or Big-4 advisory, including 7+ years payer-exclusive leadership.
  • Builds authentic, trust-based CXO relationships and maintains a deep network across national health plans, regional Blues, payer-provider hybrids, and PBMs.
  • Has personally sold & led $100M+ cumulative advisory revenue, fluent in executive negotiations.
  • Deep command of payer value chain (claims, network, care management, pharmacy, risk adjustment) and regulatory drivers.
  • Proven oversight of multi-tower programs affecting 10M+ lives and $1B+ spend.
  • Published author, keynote speaker, or quoted expert; creates data assets, solution blueprints, SaaS accelerators.
  • Builds diverse, psychologically safe teams; comfortable working in varied environments.
  • Operates with founder’s urgency, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
  • Conversant in COTS products, AI/GenAI, cybersecurity, product/platform fundamentals.
