About the Role

We are seeking a DX Practitioner Sales Leader to drive digital experience growth across Retail & Consumer, Life Sciences, and Medical Devices accounts. The role will originate, shape, and close large transformation opportunities by combining industry insight, consultative selling, AI-led solutioning, and executive client engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline creation, revenue growth, annual bookings, and large-deal outcomes across the Americas.
  • Engage CDOs, CMOs, CIOs, CXOs, and business leaders to shape digital experience transformation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with consulting, practice, alliance, delivery, and account teams to develop proactive, differentiated proposals.
  • Drive cross-sell, up-sell, and multi-tower transformation opportunities within target accounts.
  • Build strategic client relationships, strengthen Wipro positioning, and maintain sales execution discipline.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years in enterprise technology, consulting-led, or digital transformation services sales.
  • 5+ years selling digital experience solutions to C-suite stakeholders across North America.
  • Proven success meeting revenue, pipeline, bookings, and large-deal targets.
  • Strong executive communication, relationship-building, stakeholder management, and pursuit leadership skills.
  • Must have proficiency with key products adobe marketing stack, commerce (SAP, Adobe commerce, shopify etc), Pega or Appian workflows. Modernization of these platforms, custom built with micro services, front end tech, would be an added advantage. 

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling Digital Experience, Digital Commerce, MarTech, CX, Data & AI, and transformation services.
  • Understanding of Adobe, Pega, AI/GenAI use cases, and related digital experience ecosystems.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical ability, ownership, execution discipline, and willingness to travel.

Success Metrics

  • Qualified pipeline, annual bookings, revenue growth, and large-deal wins
  • Executive client engagement, account expansion, and strategic industry relationships

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00  to $280,000.00.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
