Job Description

The Executive Client Partner Digital Experience  – Americas is responsible for driving new business growth across assigned Americas accounts by expanding Designit’s footprint into new buying centers, offerings, and strategic initiatives within each account.

This is a hunter-oriented role focused on originating and converting net-new opportunities, building a strong pipeline of incremental work, and accelerating account-led growth through proactive pursuit of new use cases and mandates.

Working closely with Americas leadership and Wipro account stakeholders, the role translates growth priorities into targeted business development activity—unlocking new budget owners, deepening senior relationships, and generating new revenue streams across the account portfolio.

  •  Key Responsibilities

    New Business Development & Pipeline Creation

    • Build and own a robust pipeline of new business opportunities across various Americas accounts.
    • Identify, originate, and qualify opportunities aligned to regional growth priorities.
    • Lead end-to-end pursuit activity, including opportunity shaping, proposals, pitches, and commercial closure.
    • Drive net-new origination by engaging senior client stakeholders, buyers, procurement partners, and Wipro account leadership.
    • Identify whitespace opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of Designit’s capabilities and services across the account.

  • Market Development & Positioning

    • Develop strong internal and external networks to generate leads and position Designit effectively within new Americas accounts.
    • Identify buying trends, whitespace opportunities, and priority growth areas across the portfolio.
    • Represent Designit in client forums, strategic meetings, and relevant industry settings.
    • Build credibility as a trusted advisor through strategic guidance, thought leadership, and a strong understanding of the customers’ business environments.

    Commercial Leadership in Pursuits

    • Lead commercial strategy for new opportunities, including pricing, negotiation, contract shaping, and deal governance.
    • Collaborate with design, delivery, and client teams to develop compelling, competitive propositions.
    • Ensure alignment with regional commercial strategy, financial targets, and governance requirements.
    • Support revenue, order book, and margin performance through disciplined pursuit management and strong commercial oversight.

    Collaboration & Handover

    • Partner closely with Client Directors, delivery teams, and Wipro stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of won work into delivery.
    • Contribute to account growth strategy by supporting expansion opportunities beyond the initial sale.
    • Build strong internal partnerships across commercial, design, and delivery functions to ensure pursuit quality and client continuity.

  • Local Office Leadership

    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive office culture where all employees feel valued and supported.
    • Lead initiatives that strengthen the local office community and align with Designit’s values and regional priorities.
    • Act as a visible leader who supports employee engagement, professional development, and well-being.
    • Oversee local office operations and team rituals, ensuring clear communication of regional and local priorities.
    • Mentor and support local talent, encouraging participation, feedback, and continuous improvement.
    • Act as a role model for Designit’s values and help strengthen the office environment and culture.

    Success Metrics

    • New business revenue and order book contribution across hunting accounts within Americas SMUs.
    • Pipeline value, quality, and conversion across net-new opportunities.
    • Contribution to account growth, market expansion, and regional profitability.
    • Strength and diversification of senior client relationships across target stakeholders and buyers.
    • Effectiveness of partnering with Wipro on joint pursuits and wins.
    • Client satisfaction and overall account health.

    Skills & Experience

    • Proven experience in business development, commercial leadership, or strategic account management within design, consulting, technology, or related sectors.
    • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, negotiation, contract management, and profitability oversight.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior client, buyer, and partner relationships in complex enterprise environments.
    • Deep understanding of enterprise buying dynamics, procurement processes, and vendor ecosystems.
    • Familiarity with design thinking, experience design, and innovation methodologies.
    • Leadership capability in mentoring, influencing, and working cross-functionally across commercial, design, and delivery teams.
    • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

    Typical Background

    • Significant experience in commercial roles, business development, or strategic account management within design, consulting, marketing, digital, or technology sectors.
    • Track record of delivering revenue growth and originating net-new opportunities within large, complex enterprise accounts.
    • Strong ability to leverage internal and external relationships to drive business development and unlock growth opportunities.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $165,000.00  to $250,000.00.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
