Job Description
- 7+ Years supporting Managed Print Services in extra-large user environments (10,000+)
- Responsible for Managed Printers in office and clinical space. Setting up clinical print as a new offering
- Has good understanding of the criticality of managing clinical printers.
- Providing technical direction and engineering leadership for a team of engineers.
- Contributing to the design and development of new products and features.
- Good knowledge of various print vendor solutions (VPSX, Printer Logic, Paper cut, etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Lead Engineer will be meeting with vendors.
- Will be meeting with internal businesses to understand printing needs.
- Report back to leadership new items and challenges.
- Manage/coordinate the resolution of issues between the vendor and our customers.
- Manage escalations.
- Excellent in solving gaps to meet the needs of businesses.
- Print Management:
- Working through customer requirements for feature enhancement requests.
- Testing, validating and implemented new features with the business.
- Manage/coordinate the resolution of issues between the vendor and our customers.
- SRE capability, developing tools, tests, monitoring, alerting and self-healing of SaaS platforms.
- Business Process improvement and standardization.
- Incident Management and customer service:
- Handle Break/Fix, Service Request, change records using Service Now
- Meet with Businesses to discover their requirements and be the bridge between
The users and the vendor.

- Escalate to vendor emerging concerns of the users.
- Provide excellent customer service to our users by handling concerns and requests within SLA.
- 3+ years’ scripting and Programming
- PowerShell

- WebAPI/REST services
- Project Management
- PMP Certification or equivalent

Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
