Position: SAP Practice Head - Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

Wipro Technologies-USA is seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Practice Head specializing in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to lead and expand our SAP consulting and services portfolio within the EAM domain. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader capable of driving business growth, establishing strong client relationships at the executive level, and steering innovative technological solutions to meet diverse industry needs.

The successful candidate will spearhead strategy development for the SAP EAM practice, focusing on leveraging the latest SAP technologies such as S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Applications, and platform modernization initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and executing growth plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally, and engaging with key stakeholders to turn complex business challenges into scalable IT solutions.

This role emphasizes consultative selling and crafting tailored client solutions that align with asset-intensive industries including Oil & Gas, Utilities, Mining, and Process Manufacturing. Experience in geospatial technology integration will be considered a strong asset, enhancing the ability to deliver sophisticated and modernized asset management practices.

Areas of focus include:

  • Leading revenue growth initiatives and portfolio expansion in the SAP EAM space.
  • Building and nurturing executive-level client relationships, driving long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborating closely with onshore and offshore pre-sales and delivery teams to shape compelling value propositions and solutions.
  • Driving thought leadership and sharing best practices as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Utilizing a global delivery model to optimize resource allocation and project execution.

The role demands a minimum of 20 years in consulting or professional services focused on SAP technologies, with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen to influence and lead in a competitive market.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $180,000.00  to $270,000.00.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
