Job Description
Wipro has positioned Payor.AI as a strategic “Field of Play” (FoP)—a forward-looking initiative co-innovating with clients and partners to deliver substantial value in healthcare. Payor.AI unifies Wipro’s HPS marketplace, Medicare engine (M360 via IHS), and Medicaid cloud suite (eMaaS), enhanced by advanced AI: agent-driven enrollment and billing, cognitive claims, AI-powered customer experience, and clinical AI for utilization and care management.
Ambition: Impact & Outcomes
Reporting to the Americas Managing Partner for Healthcare, you will lead product and consulting for Payor.AI, shaping product vision, go-to-market strategy, and consultative delivery. Your role includes developing a multi-pronged roadmap, monetizing IP, and guiding C-suite leaders at health plans through AI-driven transformation—reducing costs, improving STAR ratings, and elevating member experience. Supported by 230,000 technologists and proprietary AI accelerators, you’ll launch signature IP to establish Wipro as the preferred healthcare partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape Vision: Own the 2-year roadmap for agentified enrollment, cognitive claims, AI-led CX, and UM/Care AI
- Drive Pipeline: Close $20M+ consulting/platform deals annually; seed $100M+ downstream implementations/migrations
- Advise Executives: Translate AI trends into actionable, funded roadmaps targeting enrollment accuracy, denial prevention, member NPS, and more
- Incubate IP & Ventures: Launch accelerators (e.g., Pre-Auth LLM Agent, Copilot for Billing Reconciliation) and spin out solution pods with P&Ls
- Oversee Deployments: Govern multi-tower rollouts, platform integrations, and AI setups to deliver CSAT 4.8+/5
- Amplify Market Voice: Publish 3–4 flagship POVs yearly, keynote at major events (e.g., AHIP, HLTH), and drive analyst coverage
- Scale Talent: Recruit and coach product managers, solution architects, and GTM strategists; foster a psychologically safe, high-performance culture
- Build Ecosystem: Partner with hyperscalers, data-cloud vendors, and RegTech firms to enhance Payor.AI offerings
- Manage P&L: Oversee FoP financials, ensure forecast accuracy, maintain margin guardrails, and reinvest in roadmap sprints
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strategy Pedigree: 15+ years in payer-focused consulting/product leadership; built $100M+ digital/AI portfolios in the Americas
- Client Obsession: Deep CEO/CTO networks across health plans and digital-health innovators; converts insights into repeat business
- Product Mastery: Proven success taking AI platforms/SaaS accelerators from concept to $25M+ ARR
- Domain Mastery: End-to-end payer expertise—enrollment, billing, claims, customer service, clinical UM/CM; fluent in CMS regulations
- AI Fluency: Hands-on with GenAI orchestration, LLM guardrails, data pipelines, AI Ops, and cloud MLOps
- Transformation Gravitas: Led multi-tower programs impacting 20M+ members/patients and $1B+ spend
- Inclusive Leadership: Builds psychologically safe, high-performing teams across markets
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Operates with urgency, thrives in ambiguity and rapid iteration

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $240,000.00 to $375,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
