Job Description
Role: Clarity Support Engineer
· Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Experience in Clarity PPM 15.x and above; Hands-on experience on New UX is required.
· Good knowledge of CA Clarity administration and Third-Party Integrations.
· As a L3 Support Engineer, responsible for Production Release Management, UAT Support and stakeholder management
· Responsible for close collaboration with the team
· Monitoring the application and working with Dev teams closely to resolve high priority issues
· Collaborate closely with the product vendor to work on quarterly upgrades and maintenance activities.
· Creating SOPs and mentoring other team members/stakeholders around support processes
· Have good functional knowledge in various modules of Clarity- Project Management, Resource Management, Time Management, Demand Management, Financial management and Clarity studio.
· Good knowledge on Clarity GEL Script and Workflow automation
· Have good hands-on knowledge on Clarity Portlet creation
· Strong interpersonal, and Client interfacing skills matched with the ability to manage stress, change and timelines effectively.
· Enhance a positive customer experience by creating high quality knowledgebase documents
· Experience with BI technologies like PowerBI, Jaspersoft preferred.
· Process-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills; applies both innovation and logic to tackle complex problems
· Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
· Clear, professional communication skills able to contribute to team discussions, knowing when to contribute, when to listen, and when to ask questions
· Must have a strong analytical acumen, problem solving skills, strategic thinking, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 5-8 years of work experience and a Bachelor’s Degree
· Proven ability in design and development in Broadcom Clarity SaaS platform
· Proven ability in supporting and configuring Broadcom Clarity SaaS platform
· Experience in working with agile workflow management tools like JIRA preferred
· Experience with Support Processes and Release Management
Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
