Chief Of Staff (CoS) KRAs:

 

1. Strategic Support & Planning

•              Drive and monitor execution of the practice’s strategic priorities and annual goals.

•              Facilitate OKR/KPI tracking and provide regular dashboards and updates to the Practice Head.

•              Prepare briefing notes, board decks, strategic presentations, and external messaging.

 

2. Operations & Governance

•              Run weekly leadership reviews, quarterly business reviews, and ensure follow-ups and accountability.

•              Drive rhythm-of-business, annual operating plans, hiring forecasts, and budgets.

•              Serve as a proxy for the Practice Head in key internal forums or customer situations.

 

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management

•              Serve as a liaison between the Practice Head and internal/external stakeholders.

•              Streamline communication and ensure consistent messaging across levels.

•              Draft executive communications, business updates, and leadership messages.

 

4. Program & Initiative Management

•              Incubate and drive special strategic initiatives (e.g., new markets, AI-Infused delivery, cost transformation).

•              Track and accelerate key cross-functional projects involving sales, delivery, HR, finance, and marketing.

•              Coordinate integrations, partnerships, or large transformation engagements, as relevant.

 

5. Team Effectiveness & Leadership Leverage

•              Help build team culture, talent programs, leadership connects, and engagement forums.

•              Coach and align key team members to strategic goals and priorities.

•              Ensure the Practice Head’s time is aligned to the most strategic and impactful areas.

 

Key Qualifications & Skills

 

•              15+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or similar roles.

•              Strategic thinker with operational discipline.

•              Proactive, high ownership, and comfortable working behind the scenes.

•              Adept at building influence without authority.

•              Can context switch across delivery, sales, people, and finance topics.

•              Proven ability to work with senior leadership and handle ambiguity in high-growth environments.

•              Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking.

•              Strong program/project management and operational rigor.
