Job Description

Client is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager for the Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) team, based in our Singapore office. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing supply chain IT projects, ideally within the consumer electronics industry. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate closely with both business and IT stakeholders across various regions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and track projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Closely work with Program Manager, IT, QA, and other team members to develop milestones and detail project plan
  • Help facilitate and finalize project deliverables e.g., Business Requirements, user stories, design, test cases, deployment and hyper-care
  • Monitor project progress against milestones / project plan
  • Proactively identify and address risks and issues
  • Establish a reporting cadence to share periodic status updates with stakeholders

Must Have Skills / Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' project management experience, with a focus on implementing new system capabilities. This must include at least 3 years specifically within the supply chain domain.
  • Working business knowledge of supply chain logistics processes.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with stakeholders across different regions
  • Excellent communication, planning, prioritization, teamwork, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Working business understanding of hardware lifecycle processes, hardware prototypes, and understanding of product structures.
  • Experience working in consumer electronics industry
  • Project Management certification
Mandatory Skills: Business Process Re-engineering .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .
