Role Purpose

● Ensuring & preparing a check list to cater to Global & Regional study deliverables as per defined timelines. Carrying out Capacity planning in advance to ensure smooth operational delivery. 

Utilize analytical skills to interpret and analyze data related to ongoing studies.

● Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support decision-making processes.

● Collaborate with internal teams to develop actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

● Conduct market research using internal data sources such as sales data, customer data, and product data. 

●  Prepare reports and presentations to summarize findings and make recommendations to the client 

● Conducting Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly reviews with clients & internal teams on insights from studies and taking out clear actionable to improvement the business performance 

● Use LLM to increase the count of studies through automation. 

● Work closely with client Regional Quality Lead & Regional / Global Sales Managers to understand their learning agenda and requirements and develop appropriate questionnaires for data collection.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to address inquiries, provide updates, and gather feedback. 

● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to digital marketing 

● Conducting Quality checks on studies carried out by QAs and providing feedback on coaching areas for improvement purposes.

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field will be an added advantage.

● 2+ years of experience in market research or a related field.

● Knowledge of Looker studio to create reports

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and market research tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
