Role 

The purpose of the role is to manage delivery of a project driving operations and delivery governance, ensuring right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and cost of delivery

  • The Integrations PM is responsible for managing end to end data integrations between Meta's Internal systems and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) across the RL supply chain.
  • This role oversees the implementation, testing and go-live of integration while also managing BI error monitoring, triage and resolution across all CM partners.
  • The PM coordinates cross-functional stakeholders - including CM IT teams, Meta Engineering, Solution Leads and Business teams to ensure seamless data flow manufacturing to warehouse operations.
  • The roles requires strong technical understanding of integration platforms (Mulesoft, APIs, Data pipelines) combined with excellent program management skills to handle multiple CMs at different maturity stages simultaneously.
