Job Description
Experience: Candidate should have 8–10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM, covering the hire-to-retire cycle. Must have been part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, of which at least 2 should be with Oracle HCM Cloud. Experience includes requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities in client-facing roles.
Specialisation: Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud business processes and their data flow. Must have strong working experience in Core HR and Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) modules. Ability to configure and optimise these modules for business processes. Skilled in client engagement, requirement workshops, and solution delivery.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and functional setups. Strong understanding of HCM Cloud workflows and integrations. Excellent documentation skills for functional design and configuration guides. Proficiency in troubleshooting complex functional issues and providing resolutions
