Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to prepare test cases and perform testing of the product/ platform/ solution to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters.

Job Title: Arabic Tester (Digital QA)

Location: Coimbatore, India

Experience: 4–7 Years

Domain: Retail/ Digital Apps / Enterprise Applications / Web & Mobile

Key Responsibilities

Arabic Functional & Localization Testing:

  • Validate Arabic translations, terminology, and language consistency across applications.
  • Ensure Right to Left (RTL) layout correctness, UI alignment, and rendering behavior.
  • Verify cultural and regional compliance (dates, numbers, currency, formats).
  • Identify linguistic defects, truncation issues, misalignment, and usability gaps in Arabic UI.

Test Planning & Execution:

  • Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and regression suites for Arabic features.
  • Perform SIT, UAT, and regression testing across multiple channels (Web, Mobile, APIs).
  • Validate end to end user journeys in Arabic language workflows.

Defect Management & Reporting:

  • Log, track, and manage defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
  • Participate in defect triage and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
  • Provide daily and cycle end test execution status, metrics, and quality reports.

  • Collaboration & Governance:

     

    • Work closely with business users, product owners, and developers to clarify requirements.
    • Support release activities including production validation and post deployment checks.
    • Ensure adherence to defined QA standards, processes, and documentation.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    Language & Domain:

    • Native or fluent Arabic (reading, writing, and comprehension is mandatory).
    • Strong understanding of Arabic grammar, semantics, and regional variations.
    • Experience testing Arabic applications in regulated or enterprise environments preferred.

    Testing & Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of STLC, SDLC, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle.
    • Hands on experience with manual functional testing (Arabic focus).
    • Exposure to web and mobile application testing (Android / iOS).
    • Basic understanding of SQL and API testing is an advantage.

1 Understanding the test requirements and test case design of the product Ensure error free testing solutions, minimum process exceptions, 100% SLA compliance, # of automation done using VB, macros
2 Execute test cases and reporting Testing efficiency & quality, On-Time Delivery, Troubleshoot queries within TAT, CSAT score
