Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • SSO Configuration & Troubleshooting:
    • Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO) using Entra ID.
    • Troubleshoot SSO issues across various platforms and applications.
  • App Integration & Protocols:
    • Configure and support Entra ID application integrations using SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and WS-Fed.
    • Manage custom and gallery app registrations.
  • App Proxy Integration and Provisioning:
    • Deploy and manage Entra ID Application Proxy for secure remote access.
    • Support various provisioning methods and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Authentication Methods:
    • Configure and support multi-factor authentication (MFA), passwordless sign-in, SSPR and other Entra ID authentication methods. 
  • Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR):
    • Implement and support SSPR policies and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Identity Protection:
    • Monitor and respond to identity risk detections.
    • Configure and maintain Entra ID Identity Protection policies.
  • Privileged Identity Management (PIM):
    • Implement and manage PIM roles and access reviews.
    • Ensure least privilege access and role-based access control.
  • Conditional Access Policies:
    • Design, implement, and support Conditional Access policies.
    • Troubleshoot policy conflicts and access issues.
  • AAD Connect:
    • Monitor and resolve sync errors.
    • Perform server health checks and connector upgrades.
  • Seamless SSO:
    • Configure and support Seamless SSO for hybrid environments.
  • ADFS Integration:
    • Support and troubleshoot Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) integration with Entra ID.
    • ADFS servers monitoring, upgrades and troubleshooting.
  • Guest Account Management:
    • Create and troubleshoot Entra ID guest accounts.
    • Ensure secure collaboration with external users.
  • NPS Server Troubleshooting and Monitoring
    • Daily monitor NPS server status and send periodic health report
    • Ensure secure collaboration with external users through NPS server and troubleshoot.
    • NPS server certificates update.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
  • Deep understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WS-Fed).
  • Deep understanding of identity SCIM and JIT App proxy provisioning.
  • Experience with hybrid identity setups including AAD Connect and ADFS.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
  • PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
