Job Description: 

Electrical Designer

We are looking for an Electrical Designer with strong experience in electrical design scopes for Hyperscale Data Center projects. The role involves creating and supporting detailed electrical design deliverables, working with multidisciplinary teams, and using industry‑standard design and BIM tools.

 

Key Responsibilities͏

  • Execute electrical design and detailing activities for Hyperscale Data Centre projects.
  • Prepare and review electrical design deliverables using AutoCAD.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams using BIM tools and coordinated design models.
  • Support layout coordination, electrical system designs, and model reviews in data‑centre environments.
  • Ensure designs align with IEC standards and industry best practices.
  • Develop a clear understanding of facility electrical systems, including their purpose and integration within data‑centre infrastructure.

͏Mandatory Skills & Expertise

  • 6–10 years of experience in electrical scopes of work for Hyperscale Data Center / similar large‑scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Autodesk AutoCAD.
  • Strong project experience in SolidWorks (mandatory).
  • Strong exposure to any E3D modelling tool – AVEVA E3D or SP3D (mandatory).
  • Operational working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Autodesk BIM 360.
  • Good knowledge of IEC standards applicable to electrical design.
