Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

Key Responsibilities
> Develop and maintain the EA strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the organization's overall business strategy.
> Synchronize organization's business goals and objectives with IT Systems and technology platforms
> Must be able to design and oversee the implementation of large scale solutions, including Network, applications, and infrastructure.
> Evaluate emerging technologies and provide adoption recommendation.
> Prepare proposals and estimates for the design and implementation of IT systems
> Establish and maintain technical standards, policies, and governance structures for the enterprise architecture
> Work with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment
> Drive Architecture and Innovation
> Manage implementation of changes to ensure smooth transition and minimizing distruptions
Required Skills
- understanding of cloud computing, digital transformation, Networking and Application/Data management platforms
- Ability to analyze complex system & processes, identify root causes and drive solutions
- Good Leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to think and develop long-term technology roadmaps
- Good understanding of business principles and the ability to align technology solutions to business goals

- Set goals for direct reportees, conduct timely performance reviews and appraisals, and give constructive feedback to direct reports.
- Ensure that organizational programs like Performance Nxt are well understood and that the team is taking the opportunities presented by such programs to their and their levels below

- Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
- Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team
- Proactively challenge the team with larger and enriching projects/ initiatives for the organization or team
