Mandatory Skill: Microsoft Teams Voice
Loc: Pune, Coimbatore,Bangalore

- Minimum of 4-8 years of progressive experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Teams environments.
- Significant hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and managing Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice, including Direct Routing or Microsoft Calling Plans.
- Deep understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP), codecs, and voice quality of service (QoS).
- Solid understanding of Session Border Controllers (SBCs) for Direct Routing (if applicable).
- Proficiency in managing Microsoft Teams policies for messaging, meetings, calling, and apps.
