Job Description

Mandatory Skill: Microsoft Teams Voice

Loc: Pune, Coimbatore,Bangalore

    • Minimum of 4-8 years of progressive experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Teams environments.
    • Significant hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and managing Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice, including Direct Routing or Microsoft Calling Plans.
    • Deep understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP), codecs, and voice quality of service (QoS).
    • Solid understanding of Session Border Controllers (SBCs) for Direct Routing (if applicable).
    • Proficiency in managing Microsoft Teams policies for messaging, meetings, calling, and apps.
    • Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) devices and their management.
    • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and related services (Azure AD, PowerShell).
    • Strong understanding of networking concepts relevant to voice and video (e.g., bandwidth, latency, network segmentation).
    • Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools for Microsoft Teams and Enterprise Voice.
