Job Description

We are seeking a Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English, to join our media team, contributing to analyze, process, and summarize content broadcast by the press, radio, television and online media.


Main purpose of the Role: You’ll read articles and determine their relevancy based on specific customer briefs. Using a range of filters, from simple mentions to complex instructions, you’ll decide whether to accept or reject articles based on customer-specific criteria.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and Processing: You’ll be at the forefront of monitoring and processing information broadcasted by Radio and Television media.
  • Summarizing Articles/News: Create concise summaries of articles and news.
  • Cutting Audio and Video Files: Edit and manage audio and video content.
  • Validating News: Ensure the accuracy and relevance of news content.
  • Sending News: Distribute news via email.

Requirements:

  • Native Portuguese Speaker with fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to summarize and validate news content accurately within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in text editing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently within a remote work environment.
  • Previous experience in media, journalism, or content curation is preferred.
