Pricing Analyst

Location: Remote within US

Work authorization: US Citizen or US Green Card only

Hours: Monday- Friday 8-5pm ET

Compensation: $19 - $20 per hour

 

Position Summary: The Pricing Analyst supports a team that manages how medical and dental provider contracts are set up and paid. In this role, you will help review contract terms, assist with basic pricing and reimbursement tasks, and help confirm that updates are set up correctly in our systems. You will work closely with experienced team members who will provide training and guidance as you learn healthcare reimbursement and how to read and apply contract language.

 

Additional Job Duties:

  • Help gather, review, and document pricing needs so reimbursement amounts are set up correctly.
  • Assist with reviewing claims pricing using the reimbursement terms in provider contracts.
  • Learn and use medical/insurance codes (procedure and diagnosis codes) to support pricing and research.
  • Support testing and auditing tasks to make sure contract updates are accurate.
  • Update customer-specific documents and reference guides.
  • Join team meetings to help with updates, problem-solving, and process improvements.
  • Respond to basic questions from clients, claims, and customer service (with support from the team as needed).
  • Meet daily accuracy and turnaround expectations and work toward individual performance goals.

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in an insurance, healthcare, or customer service environment is a plus (typically 1–2 years).
  • Familiarity with common medical billing codes (CPT/HCPCS, revenue codes, ICD-10) is helpful.  
  • Comfortable working with numbers and basic calculations.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, adjust to changes, and meet deadlines.
  • Able to research claim or contract questions using available tools and team guidance.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $19/hr to $20/hr.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
