Would you like to...

  • Craft clear, customer‑first content that explains product features and functionality across channels while maintaining style, voice, and regulatory compliance.
  • Edit, QA, and optimize content to ensure consistency, quality, accurate tagging/metadata, and proper tracking in CMS and Agile workflows.
  • Partner closely with UX, IA, Product, Legal/Compliance, and broader cross‑functional teams to align communication needs, choose the right terminology, and deliver cohesive experiences.
  • Apply strong digital experience sensibilities—tailoring content for each platform, staying current on UX/content trends, and understanding search behavior to enhance findability and engagement.
  • Guide content strategy and serve as a subject‑matter expert, maintaining content matrices and ensuring consistent, user‑centered copy across projects and teams.

We would like you to have... 

  • Strong organizational skills are required to manage the content matrix (and/or matrices) to clearly track copy changes and to ensure consistent copy throughout the project and platform content models. 
  • Five or more years Digital Content Creation – specifically writing content for websites and/or mobile apps. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Digital, Marketing 
  • Awareness of SEO/meta data and creating content for best results. 
  • Experience writing functional content for transactional sites a definite plus. 
  • Retail or credit experience desired. 
  • Awareness or experience in creating content for regulated business categories (ie. Banking, credit, insurance, etc.). 
  • CMS experience highly desired. 
  • Writing hidden content for ADA accessibility a definite plus.

Mandatory Skills: UX Writing .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
