Job Description
• Analysis of requirements and solution architecture documentation.
• Develop and maintain applications using CA:Gen.
• Demonstrate best practices for development standards and practices.
• Ability to bring experience and ideas to enhance existing development capability.
• Skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Experience
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in development frameworks.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with GuardIEn, Unix, Oracle, XML, CBD.
• Experience with integration patterns, asynchronous messaging, orchestration and legacy systems
integration.
• Expertise in defining and documenting, software / integration requirements, high- and low-level designs,
unit testing and performance tuning.
• Possesses strong communication skills, including effective listening, speaking, writing, and presenting.
• Excellent in coordination and liaison with other teams to form joint effort.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully complete concurrent work
assignments, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications or relevant, equivalent industry experience, good knowledge of SDLC
processes and experience in Software Development and Parallel Development.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile and Cloud based development are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities at one time.
• Motivated to work independently or as part of a project team.
