Job Description

Lead the Source & Quality workstream for the site rollout, ensuring successful deployment of OneERP procurement, Integration with supplier collaboration tool, quality management, and inspection processes. The role is accountable for process readiness, business adoption, testing, training, cutover, and go-live support while ensuring adherence to the global OneERP template.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation of end-to-end Source & Quality processes including: 

Source (Procurement)
Vendor onboarding and management or any SRM tool
Purchase requisitions
Purchase order management
Approval workflows
Purchase agreements
Supplier collaboration processes or any SRM tool
Direct and indirect procurement
Quality
Quality management setup
Quality plans
Incoming inspection processes
Non-conformance management
Quality orders
Blocking and release procedures
Root cause analysis and corrective actions
Supplier quality management

 

Ensure local business practices are aligned with the OneERP global template and challenge unnecessary customizations.

 

 

Facilitate Fit-Gap workshops with sourcing, purchasing, quality, and warehouse teams.
Build alignment between site stakeholders and the global template organization.
Define business test scenarios.
Coordinate defect triage and retesting activities.
Support preparation and validation of source and quality data:
Conduct process walkthroughs.
Support training material development.
Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions.
Participate in cutover planning and execution.
Validate procurement and quality data migration results.
Resolve process and system issues during hypercare.
Coordinate issue escalation through ROSA and Solution Architects.
Functional Expertise

 

Preferred Experience
5-10 years of Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, or ERP consulting experience.
Hands-on experience in D365FO Procurement & Quality modules.
Experience in global ERP transformation programs.
Experience working with manufacturing, industrial equipment, or process industries.
Prior participation in OneERP or template-driven rollouts.

Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .
