Job Description

We’re looking for an exceptional Data Scientist. You will play a pivotal role in our Customer Insights initiatives, helping us understand customer behaviors and enhance decision-making across the organization.

͏Would you Like to

  • Lead and steer data tracks of projects, conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and insights within large datasets
  • Develop and maintain AI-driven codebases, including predictive models, classification algorithms, and clustering techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI and data science solutions into business operations
  • Provide BI expertise by creating and maintaining dashboards using tools like PowerBI
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Develop and implement data models to support business intelligence and reporting initiatives

͏We would like you to be…

  • Highly proficient in SQL and PySpark, with experience in data modeling for business intelligence
  • Experienced in traditional Machine Learning projects, including predictive modeling, classification, and clustering
  • Skilled in Python for data analytics, with the ability to implement and optimize models
  • Hands-on with Databricks or Dremio for large-scale data processing and analysis
  • Strong in data visualization, particularly with PowerBI or similar dashboarding tools
  • Familiar with Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and their application in customer insights (a plus)
