Join Wipro Technologies-Ireland as a Techno Functional Consultant - L1 within our Quality Engineering and Testing division, part of the TS - Industry Cloud & Digital group. This role demands a seasoned automation testing professional with over 7 years of experience specializing in SAP environments, particularly SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise, a minimum of 5 years, in leveraging Worksoft Certify automation tools to design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts and frameworks that ensure high-quality software delivery.

The role requires a comprehensive understanding of test automation methodologies along with hands-on experience using industry-standard tools such as HP ALM and Octane for test management, defect tracking, and reporting. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, refine requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.

As a key contributor to our customer projects, you will be expected to deliver consistent quality outcomes by adhering to SLAs and ETAs, promptly resolving tickets, and implementing change requests efficiently. The role also involves continuous process optimization through automation enhancements and a proactive approach in reducing defects and manual intervention.

2.	Automation Excellence	Optimization of automation processes and workflows, reduction in steps and manual interventions, efficiency gains leading to fewer tickets raised, and enhancement of overall testing productivity.
3.	Continuous Learning and Development	Completion of relevant trainings and certifications in automation and SAP technologies, active participation in knowledge sharing activities, publication of articles or papers on emerging trends or best practices within the quarter.

Mandatory Skills

Proficient expertise with Worksoft Certify automation platform, including script development, maintenance, and executing automated test scenarios for SAP applications.
