In this pivotal position, you will take the lead on automation testing efforts specifically focused on SAP environments, playing an essential role in driving our digital transformation journey forward. Your expertise will ensure that our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems operate with outstanding reliability and efficiency, directly contributing to the success of business operations.

We are looking for a proactive professional with advanced automation testing skills and a comprehensive understanding of SAP applications. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams such as business analysts, software developers, and project managers to create, implement, and sustain automated testing frameworks that elevate quality assurance and expedite innovative business solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise

• Lead Level 3 SAP Testing across multiple modules, with a focus on SAP MM (Material Management) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), ensuring thorough validation of core processes.
• Execute comprehensive SAP testing activities, including integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, while supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations as needed.
• Design and document detailed end-to-end business process flows, enhancing testing coverage and aligning with overall SDLC and testing life cycle methodologies.
• Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, ABAP developers, and Functional Analysts to translate business requirements into technical test scenarios.
• Create and implement robust test plans, strategies, and metrics while using leading test management tools to coordinate and track testing efforts.
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, and resolution processes, ensuring high quality standards are met consistently.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior testing resources, fostering knowledge sharing and adoption of best testing practices.
• Coordinate with automation teams to align functional insights with test script development and remediation activities.
• Prepare detailed test reports and communicate results effectively to various stakeholders including project management and technical teams.

• Demonstrated deep expertise in SAP Test Management methodologies and the proficient use of industry-standard test management tools to plan and monitor testing activities within SAP landscapes.
• Strong hands-on experience with the integration of automated testing frameworks in SAP environments, enhancing coverage and accelerating testing cycles.
• Comprehensive understanding of test lifecycle management, encompassing test planning, execution, defect management, and continuous integration to ensure seamless delivery.
• Prior experience in handling SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades is advantageous, enabling effective adaptation to evolving SAP technologies.
• Proven capability in analyzing complex business processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality testing outcomes.
