Desktop Support
We are looking for a Desktop Support to join our team in Heredia, Costa Rica

Requirements
- Conversational English level
- Experience working with incident management and asset management
- Should have experience working with ticketing tool like ServiceNow
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking.
- Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.
- Ask targeted questions to diagnose the issues.
- Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting.
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs.
- Manage daily asset operations, including receipt, allocation, release, based on the request on portal.
- Coordinate new hardware shipments, deployments, and Sanitization of the assets.
- Maintain IN–OUT registers and ensure weekly/monthly physical stock verification of IT stores.
- Prepare and publish Daily, Weekly, and Monthly asset reports.
- Log and track vendor calls for hardware repair and part replacements follow up until closure.
