About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Network Architect with deep expertise in ColorTokens’ Xtended Zero Trust Platform (XZT) to design, implement, and optimize secure network architectures for enterprise and hybrid cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Zero Trust security models, micro-segmentation, and network security engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design enterprise network and security solutions leveraging ColorTokens Xshield, Xprotect, and Xassure.
Lead Zero Trust adoption initiatives, including micro-segmentation and least privilege access policies.
Integrate ColorTokens solutions with on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Collaborate with security, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure policy enforcement and threat mitigation.
Conduct network traffic analysis and recommend segmentation strategies.
Develop automation scripts and API integrations for policy deployment and monitoring.
Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks.
Provide technical leadership during security incidents and architecture reviews.
Mentor junior engineers on Zero Trust principles and ColorTokens best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory: Hands-on experience with ColorTokens Xtended Zero Trust Platform (Xshield, Xprotect, Xassure).
8+ years in network architecture, security engineering, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs.
Proven experience with micro-segmentation and identity-based security policies.
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNets, GCP VPC).
Proficiency in network security tools (IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection).
Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and NIST SP 800-207.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Certifications: CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, AWS/Azure Security Specialty, Zero Trust certifications.
Experience with container security (Kubernetes, Docker).
Knowledge of API-based security integrations.

 
Mandatory Skills: Illumio Micro Segmentation .
