Role Purpose

The role incumbent is focused on implementation of roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, diagnosis of gaps, business requirements & functional definitions, best practices application, meeting facilitation, and contributes to project planning. Consultants are expected to contribute to solution building for the client & practice. The role holder can handle higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and is more proactive in client interactions.

Crossplane Expert – Multi-Cloud Orchestration ( B3/C1)

Role Summary

The Crossplane Expert will design and implement a multi-cloud orchestration layer enabling self-service, 
policy-driven provisioning across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. The role focuses on abstracting cloud 
complexity through composable infrastructure blueprints integrated with CI/CD and ITSM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Crossplane control plane on Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE)
• Create Composite Resource Definitions (XRDs) and compositions for cloud services
• Integrate Crossplane with CI/CD pipelines and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow / BMC Remedy)
• Enable approval-based, policy-driven provisioning across multi-cloud environments
• Collaborate with Terraform and platform teams to align low-level IaC with orchestration workflows
• Support lifecycle operations including provision, update, and de-provision
• Troubleshoot orchestration failures and ensure platform stability

• Unified multi-cloud provisioning layer
• Reusable, governed service blueprints
• Reduced operational overhead through abstraction and automation
